Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Greenville, LLC d/b/a WROQ, WTPT, and WFBC (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the WFBC general contest rules apply to this contest as well regardless of which of the Stations you are listening to. A copy of these specific contest rules and the WFBC general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 25 Garlington Rd., Greenville, SC 29615 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the WFBC website at www.b937online.com To the extent that the WFBC general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter
1. No purchase necessary.
2. There are two ways to enter this contest:
a. Weekdays (excluding holidays) from June 14, 2008 through August 29, 2008, listen to the specific radio stations listed below at the dates and times indicated below for an on-air announcement that we will take a certain designated number caller (for example, the 9th caller) to the applicable Station’s contest telephone line (listed below) to be a qualifier in this contest. The specific on-air entry opportunities are as follows:

Immediately after a winning opportunity announcement has been made, the designated number caller as announced on-air at that time (for example, 9th caller) to the correct Station contest call-in line will be eligible to participate further in this contest as a qualifier in the grand prize event, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. Only calls received at the applicable telephone number for that day’s play of the contest and the particular Station playing the contest on that day are eligible to participate in this contest. If the Station does not receive at least the designated number of calls within 10 minutes of the contest announcement, that play of the contest will not be repeated and there will be no qualifier or that play of the game. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts. A total of up to 70 qualifiers will be taken on air.
b. Stop by one of the following live station Contest appearances at the Johnny’s Suzuki 5010 Old Easley Bridge Road for a chance to enter this contest (each, an “Event”):

Starting at the individual start times listed above for each Event, attendants who take a test drive at the Event between the Event hours listed above will receive one (1) official entry blank (while supplies last), which that entrant must complete with their name, street address, city, state, and zip code, and deposit that entry in the official entry box. ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE PROIVIDED TO THE PERSON (OR PERSONS) WHO TEST DROVE THE CAR DURING THE EVENT DAY/TIMES SET FORTH ABOVE. It is the sole responsibility of a potential entrant who has been given an entry form to complete that entry form and deposit it into the official entry box by the end time set forth for that Event above. Holders of unsubmitted entry forms are not eligible to participate in this contest. All entries timely submitted at each Event will be included as qualifiers in the grand prize drawing. In addition, one entrant will be randomly drawn from among all entries received at each individual Event at the end of each Event and will win $500, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. Only participants who register at each participating live on location Event during the time period stated above for each specific Event will be included in that drawing to win the $500 Event prize from among all entries placed it in the official contest box on or before the time that Station performs each respective

drawing. Winners do not have to be present to win. Only completed official entry blanks will be accepted (no mechanical entries will be accepted – must be handwritten). Entries must be deposited into the official entry box at each Event. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified in Station’s sole discretion. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not properly deposited in the Official Entry Box by the entry deadline for that Event. There is no limit to the number of qualifiers who will be entered into the grand prize drawing as determined in this manner.
How to Win
3. Except as set forth in Section 4 below, qualifiers are not entitled to win any prize in this contest other than inclusion in the grand prize drawing.
4. One winner will be randomly drawn per Event as described in Section 2(b) above to win $500.
5. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On August 30, 2008 at approximately 5 pm, all of the qualifiers (in accordance with Sections 2(a) and 2(b) above) will be included in a random drawing to select one grand prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. The drawing will occur at Johnny’s Suzuki 5010 Old Easley Bridge Rd. QUALIFIERS NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE.
6. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner is disqualified, for any reason, at any time, Station reserves the right not to award the prize. In the event that Station elects to re-award the prize, it will only do so by random drawing from among only all qualifiers, excluding the disqualified winner.
7. Any decision by the Station Contest Administrator at the Grand Prize Event will be final and without question.
8. Odds of winning depend upon the number of calls and the number of entries received. The odds of a qualifier winning the grand prize depends on the total number of qualifiers.

9. There is no limit to the total number of qualifiers in this contest. Qualifiers shall be entitled to no prize in this contest other than the opportunity to be included in the Grand Prize drawing in accordance with these contest rules.
10. A total of seven (7) $500 cash prizes will be awarded in accordance with Section 2(b) above. The prize will be provided in the form of cash or company check from Johnny’s Suzuki to each verified winner after the completion of all Station-required paperwork (including, without limitation, signing a liability release agreement and providing your social security number). Prize will be available or pick-up by verified winners at __________________ within __ weeks of completing all required Station paperwork.

11. One (1) grand prize will be awarded in this Contest. The verified grand prize winner in this contest will receive: a 2008 Suzuki SX4 Crossover MSRP - $16,585.00 (“Grand Prize Vehicle”). It is Sunlight Copper with an odometer reading of approximately 100 miles Grand Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes. State and/or local sales tax and title and tag fees must be paid on the total value of the Grand Prize Vehicle prior to receiving the prize, which are estimated at a total of $625.52. In addition, Grand Prize Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and such prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the 2008 tax year for the fair market value of the Grand Prize Vehicle. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be mailed to the winner within 20 business days of winning the prize. Winner may be required to complete all relevant documents at the Stations offices during regular office hours and to pick up the Grand Prize Vehicle at a location designated by the Station in the greater Greenville, SC area. Failure to pick up the vehicle by date specified by Station will result in forfeiture of the prize. No other prize or cash substitution will be offered. THE VEHICLE WILL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS” and Station and Sponsors make no guarantee as to the quality nor warranty (express or implied) of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to the condition of the vehicle, subject only to any applicable standard warranty offered by the manufacturer. STATION AND ITS CONTEST SPONSORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS AND OR MAINTENANCE OF GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE AFTER IT HAS BEEN AWARDED.

Notwithstanding the WTPT general contest rules or any of the general contest rules o any o the Stations, qualifiers in this contest must be legal residents o South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia, 18 years of age or older as of June 18, 2008 and must hold and present a valid United States driver’s license as of August 29, 3008 in order to be eligible to win any prize in this Contest. |
