Person I Hate Most: This is a tough one...I really have to say my downstairs neighbor, for some reason he feels it's completely appropriate to use a chainsaw and chop up wood at 2am...but a close 2nd is my other neighbor that likes to stand outside and sing Italian Opera...true story!
