Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce to Host Women in Business Conference 5/20/08
SPARTANBURG, S.C. – On Tuesday, May 20th the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Women in Business Luncheon and Conference at the University of South Carolina – Upstate. A featured speaker will be reported Charmayne Brown with WSPA News Channel 7. Presentations will include “What’s the Big Deal About a Woman-Owned Business?” and “Finding Balance and Success in Your Career and Life”. The conference will be held between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Registration fees are $25.00 for the luncheon only, $25.00 for the seminars only, or $40.00 for both the seminars and luncheon. Featured sponsors are Denny’s, the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, the Spartanburg Water Sanitary Sewer District, and the University of South Carolina – Upstate.
